The University of Miami saw an opportunity to both build upon and galvanize the “Miami Movement,” by creating an innovative offering that prepares students to thrive. Together, we established a new program focused on developing practical skills that students hone through professional and civic engagements. The new degree in Innovation, Technology, and Design is transdisciplinary, accelerated, experiential, and workforce integrated.

One of three federally-funded institutions of higher education in the UAE, Zayed University partnered with Minerva Project in June 2021 to design and build the College of Interdisciplinary Studies, the first interdisciplinary program in the Middle East. Minerva consulted on the creation of the new college, with academic programs in Business Transformation, Computational Systems, and Social Innovation.

Managing Complexity in Diverse Organizations focuses on developing relevant perspectives and durable skills, enabling participants to make more informed, equitable decisions with impact in their professional and personal lives.

Esade School of Business collaborated with Minerva to create a new Bachelor’s degree in Transformational Business and Social Impact. The program integrates Minerva’s foundational curriculum with Esade’s deep subject matter expertise in triple-bottom-line business enterprise through a unique academic program that culminates with students creating a social impact startup as their final degree project. Students learn virtually, on Forum™, as well as on Esade’s innovation campus in Barcelona.

Minerva’s expertise, coupled with KENTECH’s existing industry-specific curriculum, led to the development of an interdisciplinary program focused on the learning and mastery of a set of cross-contextual learning outcomes that form the foundation for the rest of students’ undergraduate studies.
