Behavioral science is a blend of multiple disciplines from economics, psychology, neuroscience, to sociology. It provides insights into why people behave the way they do, on the basis of their motivations, beliefs, and goals, and from the influence of emotions and biases. In this course, participants develop their knowledge of human behavior in order to communicate and make decisions more effectively. This course is designed to help leaders understand the fundamentals of evidenced-based decision making. Participants learn the strategies that data scientists use to design metrics, gather key data, interpret results, and draw appropriate conclusions. This course will provide participants with the skills to make consequential, data-informed decisions that have a meaningful impact.
